Josh Claman is a seasoned global executive. His career, tracking the evolution of data center technology, has spanned over 30 years, through which he has overseen transitions to new approaches and architectures. His industry experience, growing and repositioning businesses, has been built within NCR and AT&T. Josh also spent 10 years as an executive of Dell, managing multi-billion-dollar business units in Europe and the Americas. These include being the general manager of, at the time, Dell’s largest subsidiary, Dell UK. This led to the role of the business unit head for the Americas Corporate business. After leaving Dell, Josh has led other technology businesses ranging from 3D printing to digital health.
Josh has always advocated for the power of transformative technology. Josh graduated from University of Illinois with high distinction and went on to receive a Masters of Business from University of South Carolina and an AMD from Oxford University.
Praveen is a hands-on executive leader with a successful track record across start-up, mid-size, and global multi-billion-dollar businesses. He excels in bringing together strategy and marketing to drive business growth. He has been a senior executive for 2/3 of his 25-year career driving revenue growth at companies including Forcepoint, Oracle, Gravitant, Dell, and IBM.
Matt serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Accelsius. He brings experience from his leadership roles in high-tech supply chains across procurement, supply chain planning, customer collaborative planning, supply chain design, supply chain strategy, and people strategy development. Prior to joining Accelsius, Matt spent 12 years at Dell Technologies most recently leading Supply Chain Planning for their Server business. He also previously worked as a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer on NASA’s Orion Program for Lockheed Martin. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dr. Bonner has over 18 years of industrial experience as a heat transfer researcher and advanced thermal product developer. He is a recognized expert in two-phase cooling and thermal issues as they relate to the energy-water nexus, authoring over 50 papers and 5 issued U.S. patents. Dr. Bonner has also developed fielded two-phase cooling products for over 125 unique customers across a wide range of industries. Dr. Bonner has also served as a Director for the AIChE’s Transport and Energy Processes (TEP) Division and holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Rich Perley has 33 years of experience in leading tech companies and businesses as CMO and VP of Marketing/Services. Rich's expertise includes business/product/market strategy development; collaborative product design and development; public relations/social media/digital demand generation marketing; product marketing and sales operations; key client account acquisition and relationship management; and business/market/partner development.
Dino is an operations executive with a diverse skill set and experience across HR, Finance, product management, sales, and people management and has a background leading highly technical, cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of targeted solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of cutting-edge customers and markets. He has served as CEO, COO, President of Operations, and Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing and has a track record of achieving rapid and successful scaling of high-reliability manufacturing organizations.
Dino holds a Master of Business Administration in Econometrics (Statistical Decision Making) from Loyola University of Chicago and is currently completing a Masters in Accountancy, Business Data Analytics from Loyola University of Chicago. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Business Management from the University of Phoenix and multiple industry certifications.
Robert brings expertise in managing financial operations for ultra-high growth manufacturing companies. He has over 25 years of experience and has led finance teams in manufacturing, R&D, operations, services, sales, and marketing.
Jeff Taus is a technical leader with over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, focusing on enterprise computing. He has led a variety of development efforts, including controllers for the appliance and automotive industries, telco-focused edge servers, and hyper-scale deployments that span some of the largest server installations around the globe. Prior to Accelsius, Jeff spent 13 years in Dell’s OEM group – a high-growth business unit supporting custom products and solutions for a wide range of vertical markets.
Jeff graduated from Oakland University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
